Product Description: During the 19th century butter print molds were highly used in farmhouse kitchens to give their butter more of a unique characteristic. This wooden stamp mold most likely from the later 1800s, is carved with a three Leaf and Acorn pattern on a round piece of wood with a plunger. The exterior case appears to be lathed turned. You couldn’t ask for better surface patina on this piece with a mix of brown tones. A very nice example of woodenware from the 19th century.
