Product Description: This early Columbia Family Scale with original, black enamel paint by Landers, Frary & Clark of New Britain, Conn. offers excellent graphics on round, metal, open-face with gold-tone floral accents surrounding the dial. What makes this even more special is the double-sided “Columbia Family Scale” advertising. This functional scale can weigh up to 24 pounds by ounces. Early Americana style scales with wonderful detail and advertising like this one are becoming harder to find.
