Condition: Previously owned – used. Most of colors are still vibrant and colorful. Areas of enamel chips and rust. Bottom base is “burnt”, although cannot be seen when displayed in upright position. Interior does show some wear and staining (as shown), although no holes in base. Ideal to use as an accent or to hold a flower arrangement.
